We love & appreciate all our volunteers!
One of the best ways to participate in what God is doing through the Bridge is to be a volunteer. We have many testimonies of volunteers coming to be a blessing and leaving feeling they received more than they were able to give. We rejoice in how God uses these serving opportunities to impact the lives of those who faithfully come to volunteer.

​​We want to invite you to use your time and energy to volunteer during the day at The Bridge, Monday to Friday between 8 AM - 3 PM.

Commitment levels

We now have three different volunteer commitment levels to help match the diverse backgrounds, giftings, and capacities of our volunteers.
Commitment level 1 volunteers
  • Serve alongside a staff member with daily tasks such as cleaning or doing dishes in the kitchen. These volunteers can also serve on occasions such as Christmas dinner, letter stuffing, etc.

Commitment level 2 volunteers
  • Serve during our daily ministry times in the kitchen, assisting in food preparation, serving coffee, sorting donations in the Free Store, etc.

Commitment level 3 volunteers
  • Serve at a greater capacity in one of the following roles:
    • Help lead one of the following classes: sewing class, craft class, or Woodworking class.
    • Help lead at either our Kids Club or Youth Group.
    • Fill in one of the following staff roles: Office Reception, Free Store Host, Shower Host, Main Floor Host, Table Minister, or Maintenance.

other things to note:

  1. Volunteers must be 12 years of age or older.
  2. Volunteers between the ages of 12 - 16 must be accompanied by a supervising adult who is 18 years of age or older.​
